We have six male and four female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our new performance T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Matthew Knachel, Ridgefield Basketball. Knachel scored 17 of his game-high 19 points in the second half of a win over Wilton.

Leo Magnus, New Canaan Basketball. Magnus scored 27 points in a win over rival Darien.

Derek Sale, Staples Basketball. Sale scored 30 points in a win over Norwalk and 19 points in a win over Fairfield Ludlowe.

Sergio Thermidor, Brien McMahon Basketball. Thermidor scored the game-winning layup at the buzzer against Bassick and scored 21 points in a win over Stamford.

Lance Walsh, Trumbull Basketball. Walsh scored 19 points in a win over Westhill.

Charlie Zolin, Greenwich Hockey. Zolin recorded a shutout in the Cardinals’ 1-0 win over New Canaan.

Here are the female finalists:

Cassi Barbato, Trumbull Basketball. Barbato scored 23 points in a win over Westhill.

Lucia Crovatto, New Canaan Basketball. Crovatto scored 16 points in a win over Bassick.

Katie Flynn, Ridgefield Basketball. Flynn averaged 15 points, 6 points and 5 steals in a pair of wins.

Alva Nordin, Staples Basketball. Nordin scored 16 points in a win over Trumbull and 11 in a win over Fairfield Ludlowe.
