Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have eight male and five female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our new performance T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Tucker Healy, Stamford/Westhill Hockey. Healy scored three goals in a 4-1 win over Staples.

Connor Hunt, Ridgefield Swimming. Hunt broke two school records in a win against New Canaan.

Trevor Martines, Wilton Basketball. Martines averaged 14 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists during a 4-0 week for the Warriors.

Jaden Palmer, Bridgeport Central Basketball. Palmer scored 39 points in an FCIAC Tournament play-in win over Stamford.

Max Scalise, Darien Swimming. Scalise won both the 50 and 100 free in a meet against Wilton.

Tyler Stiewing, St. Joseph Hockey. Stiewing stopped 30 shots for a shutout in a 1-0 upset win over Greenwich.

Kevin Vidmar, Danbury Basketball. Vidmar scored 30 points in a win over Trumbull.

Blake Wilson, New Canaan. Wilson scored 23 points in a win over Stamford.


Here are the female finalists:

Kayleigh Carson, St. Joseph Basketball. Carson finished with 11 points, 8 assists and 3 steals in a win over Greenwich and 13 points, 5 assists and three steals in a win over unbeaten Staples.

Hannah Goldenberg, Greenwich Hockey. Goldenberg stopped 47 shots in a 1-1 tie with Darien.

Chloe Mattus, Brien McMahon Basketball. Mattus averaged 16.5 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals in a pair of wins.

Chloe PerraultDanbury Basketball. Perrault finished with 20 points in a win over New Canaan.

Kate Zangre, Ridgefield Hockey. Zangre scored the deciding goal in an overtime win over Wilton.
