Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have eight male and five female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our new performance T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Will Arnold, Norwalk Baseball. Arnold finished with three hits, including a home run, and had five RBIs in a 17-1 FCIAC playoff win over Brien McMahon.

Matthew Bucciero, Ridgefield Baseball. Bucciero went 3 for 3 and scored three runs in a 7-3 FCIAC playoff win over New Canaan.

Brandon Calderon, Danbury Golf. Calderon averaged a 38 in three matches, winning medalist in two of them.

Henry Dodge, Staples Lacrosse. Dodge win 16 of 24 draw controls in a 12-9 decision over New Canaan.

Karson Drake, Darien Baseball. Drake had a home run and got the save in the Blue Wave’s 8-6 FCIAC playoff win over Staples.

Ryan Ebright, Westhill Baseball. Ebright went 7-12, with a double, home run and seven RBIs in three games, with the game-winning walkoff hit in a 9-8 FCIAC playoff win over Wilton and game-winning homer against Ridgefield.

Dylan Moran, Trumbull Baseball. Moran drove in all three runs in a 3-0 FCIAC playoff win over Fairfield Ludlowe.

Justin Zych, Greenwich Baseball. Zych had four hits, four runs scored and four RBIs in two games, including a three-run homer in a win over Fairfield Warde that clinched the top seed in the playoffs.


Gianna Iaquinto, Danbury Softball. Iaquinto went 4 for 6, with two triples and an RBI, in an 11-6 FCIAC playoff win over Norwalk.

Addison Pattillo, Wilton Lacrosse. Pattillo finished with four goals and an assist in a 14-6 win over Greenwich.

Kim Saunders, Stamford Softball. Saunders went 7 for 11 with nine RBIs and five runs scored and was the winning pitcher in three games.

Hannah Siljamaki, St. Joseph Lacrosse. Sijamaki finished with six goals and two assists in a 19-3 win over St. Paul.

Ava Vincini, Staples Softball. Vincini went seven for 13 and drove in 10 runs in three wins.
