We have nine teams on the menu for the Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Team of the Week vote.
Your finalists are: the Staples Boys Soccer, Ridgefield Field Hockey, Norwalk/McMahon Girls Swimming and Diving, St. Joseph Girls Cross Country, Trumbull Girls Swimming and Diving, Fairfield Warde Boys Soccer, Wilton Girls Soccer, Greenwich Volleyball and New Canaan Girls Cross Country teams.
The winning fall team that gets the most votes this fall will receive a team pizza party at Colony Grill, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank. New Canaan Boys Cross Country is the current leader with 2,071 votes.
The Wreckers went 3-0, with a win over top-ranked Greenwich.
The Tigers went 2-0, with an overtime win over Greenwich.
Norwalk/McMahon defeated Staples for the first time in recent memory.
The winless Cadets swept a meet with Ridgefield, Norwalk and Brien McMahon.
The Eagles improved to 4-0 with a win over Fairfield Warde.
The Mustangs went 2-0-1 with a win over Danbury.
The Warriors defeated Staples and tied New Canaan.
The Cardinals won two matches and have not dropped a set this season.
The Rams swept a meet to improve to 8-1.
