Brown, Howlett BlueStreak-Ruden Report Players Of The Week

Spencer Brown of the Wilton boys track team and Claire Howlett of the Westhill girls track team are this week’s BlueStreak-Ruden Report FCIAC Players of the Week, presented by Chicken Joe’s.
Brown and Howlett will each receive T-shirts and plaques from BlueStreak Sports Training and $25 gift certificates from Chicken Joe’s in New Canaan.
Brown won the 1,000 at the FCIAC championships and came from behind in the anchor leg to help the Warriors win the sprint medley relay.
In her continuing rivalry with Staples’ Hannah DeBalsi, Howlett won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the FCIAC championships.

The award will be judged on games/matches/meets played Monday through Saturday of each week. Please wait until an athlete is done competing for the week to submit your nomination.
