Fun Facts: Ridgefield’s Faith Arnold

Ridgefield’s Faith Arnold makes a run during an FCIAC playoff game last season.

(Fun Facts, where we find out more about FCIAC athletes, was a regular feature on The Ruden Report Overtime newsletter. Until we start publishing the newsletter again, we are going to move it here to the site.)

A new Fun Facts with Ridgefield’s Faith Arnold, an All-State soccer player and member of the girls lacrosse team.

— How has your high school lacrosse career prepared you for college? It has showed me how to deal with adversity and change as a result of our season being cancelled.

— What is your favorite activity other than lacrosse? Soccer or food tours around Fairfield County.

— What is something that sets apart your team from others? Our team is super close and we always spend a lot of time together outside of practice or games.

— How has your season preparation been as your coach is in Scotland and unable to return because of the pandemic? It’s been a lot different. We had to Zoom with him every week to check in. It’s also been a lot different not having him here for our senior year.

— What is your go-to pregame hype song? Funkytown or Living Next Door to Alice by Smokie.

— What is your favorite postgame meal? Taco Bell, two cheese quesadillas, extra special sauce.

— What is your favorite memory from this summer? Going to the beach with friends.

— Best restaurant in Ridgefield? Parma Deli.
