Rhone Fan Showdown Entry: Stamford’s Black Knight Nation
Dave Ruden
02.05.2015
With the voting portion now complete, we turn our attention to the video competition of the 4th annual Ruden Report Fan Showdown, sponsored by Rhone Apparel.
Each of the 10 schools involved are required to make a video of no less than three minutes, displaying their fans showing support at a game.
Now we release the third entry, and it comes from a perennial contender, Stamford’s Black Knight Nation. The video was filmed by Becca Rakowitz and Bailey Bitetto and edited by Bitetto.
A panel of our sponsors will judge the videos. They will give a 3 to the best one, 2 for the second-best and 1 for the third-best. The school that earns the most overall points will get 5 points. Second place is worth 4 points, third place is worth 3 points, fourth place is worth 2 points and fifth place gets 1 point.
The video and voting point totals will then be added together to determine a winner.
The winning school in the Fan Showdown will receive $500 toward its athletic department from Rhone.
Here is a complete set of the contest rules.
So check out Black Knight Nation in action and be on the lookout in the days ahead for the remaining videos.
