We have three finalists for the first Rhone FCIAC Unsung Football Player of the Week award this season:
McMahon’s Roshad Russell, who had two sacks and led a strong defensive effort in a 28-3 win over Wilton.
Norwalk’s Eddie O’Hara, who moved from fullback to guard because of injuries and played well in a 33-26 win over Warde.
Staples’ Nick Roehm, who led a strong defensive effort at defensive tackle during a 21-14 win over Danbury.
The winner of the vote, which runs until noon on Tuesday, will receive a shirt from Rhone.
