Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have five male and five female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Brian Guerrero, Danbury Baseball. Guerrero went four for seven and drove in two runs in a pair of wins.

Sam Kubie, Trumbull Baseball. Kubie went eight for 14 with a double and four RBIs in three wins.

Eliot Kwan, Fairfield Ludlowe Baseball. Kwan threw a complete-game four hitter, with eight strikeouts, in a 7-1 win over Newtown.

Luke Reed, New Canaan Lacrosse. Reed finished with six goals in a pair of wins.

Chris Restaino, Stamford Lacrosse. Restaino won over 90 percent of faceoffs in a pair of wins.


Here are the female finalists:

Kailey Forger, Norwalk Softball. Forger went four for five with two doubles, two runs and four RBIs in a win over Notre Dame-Fairfield.

Louisa Hartung, Fairfield Warde Lacrosse. Hartung had seven goals and 15 assists in three wins.

Malin Medeiros, Darien Softball. Medeiros hit five home runs, drove in 12 runs and had a pair of wins in three victories.

Taylor Wolf, Fairfield Ludlowe Lacrosse. Wolf scored six goals in a win over Norwalk.

Lauryn Wright, Trumbull Lacrosse. Wright scored seven goals in a win over Danbury.
