We have eight male and five female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.
The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will receive our Player of the Week T-shirts.
Here are the male finalists:
Emmett Adams, Fairfield Ludlowe Swimming. Adams won the 100 breast and 200 IM in a win over Norwalk.
Joe Gjinaj, Fairfield Warde Wrestling. Gjinaj won the 195-pound title at the FCIAC championships.
Gunnar Granito, New Canaan Hockey. Granito finished with six goals and seven assists in wins over Greenwich and Wilton.
George Harrington, Staples Wrestling. Harrington won the 220-pound title at the FCIAC championships.
Jack Kinahan, Trinity Catholic Hockey. Kinahan scored five goals in a 9-3 with over St. Joseph.
Kai Odell, Danbury Wrestling. Odell won the 106-pound title at the FCIAC championships.
Joseph Palmieri, Trumbull Wrestling. Palmieri won the 182-pound championship at the FCIAC championships.
Andrew Yu, Ridgefield Swimming. Yu won the 100 free, 100 back and was part of a winning relay team in a victory over Greenwich.
Here are the female finalists:
Kelsey Fedorko, Greenwich Gymnastics. Fedorko won the all-around competition at the FCIAC championships.
Katie Flynn, Ridgefield Girls Basketball. Flynn scored 14 points in a win over St. Joseph and had 10 points and eight rebounds in a loss to Staples.
Hallie Kreppein, Darien Hockey. Kreppein posted a shutout in a 1-0 win over Greenwich.
Lauren Moore, Danbury Track. Moore won the 1,600 at the Class LL championships.
Tess Stapleton, Fairfield Ludlowe Track. Stapleton won the 55 hurdles and long jump at the Class LL championships.
