Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have six male and six female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Ryan Connors, Stamford Basketball. Connors scored 36 points in a win over Brien McMahon.

Teddy Johnson, Greenwich Hockey. Johnson finished with three goals and an assist in three games.

Ryan Luchetta, Wilton Basketball. Luchetta averaged 25 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals in two wins and a loss.

Bryce Lyden, New Canaan Hockey. Lyden scored three goals, including the game-tying and -winning scores, in a 4-3 win over Prout (RI).

Cooper Paul, STORMAC Hockey. Paul finished with two goals and two assists in a 6-1 win for the Staples/Norwalk/McMahon consolidated team over Newtown/New Fairfield.

Sebastian Perez, Trumbull Track. Perez ran a personal best 34.44 to finish second in the 300 meters at the Ocean Breeze Freedom Games. He is currently ranked first in the state in the event.


Here are the female finalists:

Macyn Callahan, New Canaan Hockey. Callahan stopped 25 shots in a 4-0 shutout of Suffield.

Lucy Kimberly, Trumbull/St. Joseph Hockey. Kimberly finished with 45 saves in goal in a 4-1 win over Greenwich.

Cosette Lepore, Wilton Basketball. Lepore scored 18 points in a win over Norwalk.

Addison Talbott, Staples Basketball. Talbott, a freshman making her first start, scored 17 points and had six steals in a win over New Canaan.

Courtney Timmeny, Darien Gymnastics. Timmeny won the all-around with a score of 35.9 in a win over St. Joseph.

Chloe Triamdilis, Danbury Basketball. Triamdalis scored 18 points in a win over Trumbull.
