We have eight male and eight female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players of the Week.
The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.
Here are the male finalists:
Connor Brill, Staples Baseball. Brill went 3-for-4, with two home runs, five RBIs, three runs scored and got the save in an 11-9 win over Norwalk.
Max Fixler, Ridgefield Baseball. Fixler went 3-for-3, with two doubles, three RBIs and a walk in a 9-3 win over Westhill.
Connor McAndrews, Wilton Lacrosse. McAndrews finished with 10 goals and 3 assists in two games.
Chase McCormack, Fairfield Ludlowe Volleyball. McCormack finished with 92 assists, 13 kills and 7 assists in three wins.
Dustin Pitti, Danbury Baseball. Pitti threw a one-hitter, allowing one unearned run, striking out seven and walking two in a 4-3 win over Fairfield Ludlowe.
Alex Roth, Trumbull Baseball. Roth had two hits, including a game-winning three-run home run, and scored twice in a 7-6 win over Fairfield Warde.
Ryan Thurlow, Darien Lacrosse. Thurlow finished with five goals and two assists in a 10-5 win over Greenwich.
Grey Wildman, New Canaan Lacrosse. Wildman finished with five goals and two assists in a 17-11 win over Wilton.
Here are the female finalists:
Grace Campbell, Trumbull Lacrosse. Campbell finished with 19 goals and 5 assists in three wins.
Sophia Cappiello, Ridgefield Softball. Cappiello finished with three hits and five RBIs in a 10-5 win over Westhill.
Leianna Cross, Wilton Softball. Cross pitched a four-hit shutout and added a two-run double in a 3-0 win over Trumbull.
Shannon Dillon, Darien Golf. Dillon was the medalist with a 39 at Ridgefield in a 183-193 win.
Martina Kozeracki, Fairfield Warde Softball. Kozeracki went 10 for 12 with eight RBIs in three games, hitting for the cycle in one.
Alexa Lacomis, Norwalk Softball. Lacomis went 8 for 11, with two home runs, a triple, three doubles, seven RBIs and seven runs scored in three games.
Finley Maloney, Fairfield Ludlowe Lacrosse. Maloney scored four goals in an 11-3 win over Newtown.
Ellery Talbot, Greenwich Golf. Talbot was the medalist with a 39 at The Milbrook Club in a 189-208 victory over Wilton.
