We have four male and eight female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.
The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will receive our Player of the Week T-shirts.
Here are the male finalists:
Kristo Boci, Fairfield Ludlowe Soccer. Boci scored the decisive goal in a 1-0 win over Westhill.
Malcolm Going, Danbury Cross Country. Going took first place in a meet against Fairfield Warde, Westhill and Brien McMahon in a time of 13:50.47.
Bert Santiago, Brien McMahon Soccer. Santiago excelled in a win and two ties for the Senators, including 10 saves against Westhill.
Nick Yulo, Ridgefield Soccer. Yulo scored the deciding goal in a 2-1 win over St. Joseph.
Here are the female finalists:
Lindsay Groves, Wilton Girls Soccer. Groves scored three of the Warriors’ four goals in a pair of wins and assisted on the game-winning goal against Danbury.
Elodhie Joassin, Stamford Volleyball. Joassin finished with 35 assists in a five-set win over Staples.
Kyle Kirby, Staples Field Hockey. Kirby finished with six goals and five assists to help lead the Wreckers to three wins.
Julia Roberto, Trumbull Volleyball. Roberto finished with 12 kills as the Eagles handed St. Joseph its first conference loss.
Betsy Sachs, Westhill Volleyball. Sachs finished with 27 kills, six digs and five blocks in a five-set win over Greenwich.
Emma Schuh, New Canaan Soccer. Schuh became the first play this year to score on unbeaten Ridgefield for a 1-0 win.
Julia Servas, Darien Swimming. Servas remained undefeated in diving with wins against New Canaan and Westhill/Stamford.
Gabriella Viggiano, Ridgefield Cross Country. Viggiano was the winner in a time of 14:58.9 in a meet against Trumbull, New Canaan and Fairfield Ludlowe.
