Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have four male and seven female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our new performance T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Max Aidebe, Brien McMahon Soccer. Aidebe scored the deciding goal in a 1-0 Central Region playoff win over Staples.

Nathan Cramer, Fairfield Ludlowe Cross Country. Cramer won the Eastern Region championship.

Charlie King, Ridgefield Cross Country. King won the Central Region championship.

Colin McLaughlin, Westhill Cross Country. McLaughlin won the Western Region championship.


Here are the female finalists:

Alex Butler, Stamford Soccer. Butler scored both goals in a 2-0 win over city rival Westhill.

Anna Keeley, Fairfield Ludlowe Cross Country. Keeley won the Eastern Region championship.

Emily Mrakovcic, Wilton Cross Country. Mrakovcic won the Central Region championship.

Mari Noble, Greenwich Cross Country. Noble won the Western Region championship.

Mackenzie Peters, Ridgefield Field Hockey. Peters, a freshman, scored both goals in a 2-1 Central Region semifinal win over Wilton.

Ally Schwartz, Staples Volleyball. Schwartz finished with 18 kills, 7 digs and 2 blocks in a four-set Central Region semifinal win over Danbury.

Sandra Szymanski, Brien McMahon Field Hockey. Szymanski scored the winning goal in the second overtime of a 2-1 upset win over Norwalk.
