Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have eight male and eight female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will receive our Player of the Week T-shirts.

Here are the male finalists:

Chris Amboise, Trinity Catholic Football. Amboise rushed for 135 yards, scored twice, had a two-point conversion and two sacks in a 22-7 win over Westhill.

Stephen Bennett, Greenwich FootballBennett had three touchdown catches in a 56-7 win over Fairfield Ludlowe.

Peter Bredahl, Darien Football. Bredahl had three touchdown catches in a 42-13 win over Trumbull.

Reilly Bingaman, Wilton Football. Bingaman scored three touchdowns in a 27-0 win over Stamford.

Nick DiMasi, Staples Soccer. DiMasi scored three goals, including two game-winners, the second in a 1-0 FCIAC quarterfinal victory over Greenwich.

Quintin O’Connell, New Canaan Football. O’Connell had a touchdown catch in a win over Pascack Valley (NJ) to set the school record with 31 scoring receptions.

Nicholas Tenreiro, Fairfield Ludlowe Soccer. Tenreiro made 12 saves in a 2-0 FCIAC quarterfinal win over Fairfield Warde.

Malik Thomas, Danbury Football. Thomas rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-21 win over Norwalk.

Here are the female finalists:

Adriana Alfisi, Norwalk Field Hockey. Alfisi scored two goals in a 4-1 FCIAC quarterfinal win over Wilton.

Ali Castro, Trumbull Volleyball. Castro finished with 96 assists in three wins.

Jessica Mazo, St. Joseph Soccer. Mazo finished with a goal and an assist in a 2-0 FCIAC quarterfinal win over Brien McMahon.

Libby Murray, Staples Volleyball. Murray finished with 30 assists, 12 digs and seven aces in a 3-0 win over New Canaan.

Mari Noble, Greenwich Cross Country. Noble won the state Class LL championship.

Olivia Maniscalco, Darien Soccer. Maniscalco had 10 saves in a 2-0 FCIAC quarterfinal upset win over top-seeded Staples.

Emma Schuh, New Canaan Soccer. Schuh scored the decisive goal in a 1-0 FCIAC quarterfinal win over Wilton.

Caitlin Slaminko, Ridgefield Soccer. Slaminko finished with two goals and an assist in a 4-0 FCIAC quarterfinal win over Trumbull.
