Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have seven male and six female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Will Adams, Staples Boys Soccer. Adams scored the deciding goal in a 1-0 win over Norwalk.

James Babb, Greenwich Football. Babb finished with four receptions for 147 yards, two receiving and one rushing touchdown in a win over Trumbull. 

Nathan Cramer, Fairfield Ludlowe Cross Country. Cramer won the individual FCIAC championship.

Lorenzo Marsili, New Canaan Soccer. Marsili scored four goals in a win over Fairfield Ludlowe.

Matt Morrissey, St. Joseph Football. Morrissey was 20 of 31 for 223 yards and two touchdowns, driving the Cadets for a late score in a 17-14 win over Ridgefield.

Artez Taft, Danbury Football. Taft scored on runs of 62 and 43 yards in a 26-10 win over Westhill.

Parker Woodring, Wilton Football. Woodring had eight catches for 140 yards and a score and several pass defenses in a 20-17 win over New Canaan.


Here are the female finalists:

Erynn Floyd, Wilton Soccer. Floyd had two shutouts in goal to give her 11 for the season.

Grace Gilman, New Canaan Field Hockey. Gilman finished with 12 saves in a 2-1 win over Darien.

Justine Liguori, Greenwich Field Hockey. Liguori scored four goals and had an assist in a pair of wins.

Jamie McPartland, Trumbull Volleyball. McPartland finished with 26 kills, nine blocks and eight digs in a pair of wins.

Jane Ransome, Fairfield Ludlowe Volleyball. Ransome finished with 25 kills, 24 digs and four aces in three matches.

Katie Rector, Ridgefield Cross Country. Rector won the individual FCIAC championship.
