Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have four male and three female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Cam Edwards, Norwalk Basketball. Edwards scored 17 points in a 47-40 win over Trumbull.

Johnny Karafa, St. Joseph Hockey. Karafa scored three goals in a 5-1 win over Darien.

James Pilc, Greenwich Basketball. Pilc finished with 19 points, eight rebounds, four assists and four steals in a 50-46 win over Stamford and 28 points, eight assists, four rebounds and four steals in a win over Trumbull.

Jack Plesser, Fairfield Warde Basketball. Plesser finished with 21 points, eight rebounds, four blocks and three steals in a 62-58 win over Danbury.

Here are the female finalists:

Carolyn Frankle, Greenwich Basketball. Frankle hit a shot with four seconds left to lift Greenwich to a 48-47 win over Stamford. She finished with 14 points. She also scored a career-high 21 points in a 63-59 win over Trumbull.

Maddie Kloud, New Canaan Hockey. Kloud finished with two goals and an assist in a 6-2 win over Guilford.

Kate Rudini, St. Joseph Basketball. Rudini finished with 12 points, 10 steals, six rebounds and five assists in a 46-42 over Ludlowe.
