Vote For The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Players Of The Week

We have six male and six female finalists for The Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Player of the Week votes.

The votes will run until noon on Thursday. The winners will get our POTW T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.

Here are the male finalists:

Nathan Blaha, Ridgefield Wrestling. Blaha won the 126-pound title at the Class LL meet.

Lucas Coleman, Fairfield Warde Wrestling. Coleman won the 152-pount tile at the Class LL meet.

Steven Ditelberg, Fairfield Ludlowe Track. Ditelberg won the pole vault at the State Open meet.

Brendan Gilchrist, Norwalk Wrestling. Gilchrist won the 195-pound title at the Class LL meet.

Kai O’Dell, Danbury Wrestling. O’Dell won the 138-pound title at the Class LL meet.

Will Syndor, St. Joseph Basketball. Syndor scored 28 points in two quarters to help the Cadets hand Ridgefield its first league loss.

Here are the female finalists:

Maddie Donaldson, New Canaan Basketball. Donaldson scored 31 points in the Rams’ 58-49 loss to Trumbull.

Kirsten Rodriguez, St. Joseph Basketball. Rodriguez scored 15 points in the Cadets’ FCIAC quarterfinal win over Trumbull.

Alanna Smith, Danbury Track. Smith again won two individual events and was part of a winning really at the State Open meet.

Kaleigh Sommers, Fairfield Ludlowe Basketball. Sommers scored 16 points in the Falcons’ FCIAC quarterfinal win over Greenwich.

Chloe Sotell, Stamford Basketball. Sotell scored 16 points in the Black Knights’ FCIAC quarterfinal win over Danbury.

Kaya Weiskopf, Ridgefield Basketball. Weiskopf scored 21 points in the Tigers’ FCIAC quarterfinal win over Wilton.
