The Falcons scored in the closing seconds for a 35-32 win over Brien McMahon to stay in the playoff hunt.

The Cardinals won three times, including an FCIAC quarterfinal victory over Wilton, by a combined 17-0 margin.

The Rams won the Class L state title.

The fifth-seeded Tigers defeated No. 4 Fairfield Ludlowe in overtime in the FCIAC quarterfinals.

The Cadets won three times to earn the fifth seed in the FCIAC Tournament.

The Black Knights beat Trumbull for the first time in nine years, 34-14.

The Wreckers defeated Westhill to earn the top seed and defeated Fairfield Warde, 4-1, in the first round of the league playoffs.

The Vikings ran their win streak to 10 matches with three victories to clinch the fourth seed in the FCIAC Tournament.

The Warriors beat Darien for the first time since 2007, 24-10.
