The Falcons ran their win streak to seven straight meets and scored a 133.55 in a win over Greenwich, Warde and New Canaan.
The Cardinals won the Western Division title.
The Rams won the Eastern Division title.
The Tigers defeated Stamford and Fairfield Warde in a battle of the last two unbeaten teams in league play.
The Black Knights defeated Ridgefield and Danbury to run their win streak to six games.
The Wreckers won the Western Division title.
The Warriors defeated Danbury and New Canaan.
