We have nine teams on the menu for the Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Team of the Week vote.
The winning team will get our new performance T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.
Your finalists are: the Trumbull baseball, Norwalk baseball, New Canaan boys tennis, Staples softball, Darien boys lacrosse, Fairfield Ludlowe girls tennis, Ridgefield girls track, Greenwich boys volleyball and Wilton boys golf teams.
The Eagles won three games, all by shutout.
The Bears went 3-0, defeating Stamford, Darien and ending Staples’ 16-game win streak.
The Rams swept Stamford, Greenwich, Ridgefield and St. Joseph.
The Wreckers went 4-0, defeating Wilton, Brien McMahon, Norwalk and Danbury.
The Blue Wave defeated Ridgefield and New Canaan by a combined 16 goals.
The Falcons defeated Trumbull, St. Joseph, Brien McMahon and Darien.
The Tigers defeated Greenwich.
The Cardinals defeated Danbury, Westhill and Fairfield Warde in straight sets.
The Warriors opened with wins over Trumbull and Danbury.
