We have seven teams on the menu for the Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Team of the Week vote.
The winning team will get our T-shirts, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank.
Your finalists are: the Darien football, Staples football, New Canaan football, Wilton volleyball, Ridgefield boys soccer, Trumbull volleyball and Fairfield Ludlowe girls soccer teams.
The Blue Wave defeated St. Joseph, 42-14, in a game between the Nos. 1 and 2 teams in the state.
The Wreckers defeated Norwalk, 20-14, to move up to eighth place in Class LL.
The Rams defeated No. 3 Greenwich, 14-7.
The Warriors went 2-1 and handed Greenwich, the No. 1 team in the state, its first loss, in straight sets.
The Tigers defeated Danbury and beat Darien on penalty kicks to advance to the FCIAC semifinals.
The Eagles swept Brien McMahon, Fairfield Warde and Norwalk to end the regular season on a nine-game winning streak.
The Falcons defeated Ridgefield to reach the FCIAC semifinals for the first time.
