We have nine teams on the menu for the Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Team of the Week vote.
Your finalists are: the Norwalk girls soccer, Danbury football, Fairfield Warde football, Staples volleyball, Fairfield Ludlowe girls soccer, Trumbull boys soccer, Greenwich boys golf, Ridgefield girls swimming and Wilton girls swimming teams.
This year we have a new prize: the winning team from the fall that gets the most votes will receive a team pizza party at Colony Grill, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank. Brien McMahon volleyball is the leader so far with 1,235 votes.
The Bears had their first unbeaten week in 10 years, outscoring three opponents, 11-0.
The Hatters moved to 3-0 for the first time in two decades with a 28-14 win over New Britain.
The Mustangs improved to 3-0 with a 27-7 win over Bristol Eastern.
The Wreckers remained unbeaten with wins over Wilton and Ridgefield.
The Falcons remained unbeaten with wins over Trumbull and St. Joseph.
The Eagles remained unbeaten with wins over Fairfield Ludlowe, Greenwich and Farmington.
The Cardinals remained unbeaten by sweeping Stamford, Fairfield Warde and Wilton.
The Tigers remained unbeaten with wins over St. Joseph and Staples.
The Warriors remained unbeaten with a win over New Canaan.
