We have seven teams on the menu for the Ruden Report-Fairfield County Bank Team of the Week vote.
Your finalists are: the New Canaan Football, Darien Boys Soccer, Trumbull Boys Soccer, Greenwich Girls Soccer, Ridgefield Boys Cross Country, Fairfield Warde Boys Cross Country and Wilton Girls Cross Country teams.
The winning fall team that gets the most votes this fall will receive a team pizza party at Colony Grill, courtesy of Fairfield County Bank. Norwalk/McMahon Girls Swimming & Diving is the current leader with 2,293 votes.
The Rams beat St. Joseph for the first time in nine years, 45-7.
The Blue Wave went 1-0-2, tying Staples, the No. 1 team in the state, and beating Greenwich, which is No. 2.
The Eagles defeated town rival St. Joseph and Stamford.
The Cardinals defeated Danbury and Darien to extend their unbeaten streak to seven.
The Tigers finished second at the Great American XC Festival in North Carolina.
The Mustangs swept Fairfield Ludlowe, Brien McMahon and Trumbull.
The Warriors swept Danbury, Ridgefield and Westhill.
